When will my order ship?
If you purchase during our pre-sale, your order will begin processing after the pre-sale ends. Estimated Processing: 7–14 business days. Estimated Delivery: 2–4 weeks after the pre-sale closes, depending on production and order volume. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How does pre-order work?
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve your products before they're officially in stock. When you place a pre-order: Your order is reserved immediately. Production begins after the pre-sale ends. Orders are fulfilled in the order they were received. You'll receive shipping updates by email. Pre-order customers also receive exclusive launch pricing while supplies last.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're working toward expanding internationally in the future. Be sure to join our email list to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
Is the bottle dishwasher safe?
To help preserve the bamboo lid and extend the life of your bottle, we recommend hand washing all components with warm, soapy water. The bamboo lid should never be soaked in water or placed in the dishwasher.
Can I use hot tea?
Yes! Your Abundant Life Infuser Bottle can be used for both hot and cold beverages. The removable stainless steel infuser basket is perfect for loose-leaf tea, herbal tea, fruits, and herbs. Use caution when handling hot liquids, as the outside of the bottle may become warm.
What if my bottle arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with: Your order number, photos of the damaged product, and photos of the shipping box (if applicable). We'll review your claim as quickly as possible and work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
What's your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Please note: Opened Wellness Blend packets and digital products are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. For assistance, please contact our support team before sending your return.
Are the Wellness Blends gluten-free?
Our Wellness Blends are made with ingredients that do not naturally contain gluten. However, because manufacturing practices can vary, we recommend checking each product label for the most up-to-date allergen information before use.
Are the Wellness Blends vegan?
Yes! Our Wellness Blends are made with plant-based ingredients and contain no animal-derived ingredients.
How much water should I use?
For the best flavor, mix one stick pack with 16–20 ounces of water. Prefer a lighter taste? Add more water. Want a bolder flavor? Use slightly less. Customize it to your preference.
How do I use the Wellness Blends?
Simply add one stick pack to 16–20 ounces of cold water, shake well until fully mixed, and enjoy. Our blends are designed to make hydration delicious and convenient, whether you're at home, at work, or on the go.
Is the bottle BPA-free?
Yes. Our bottle is made from premium borosilicate glass and features a bamboo lid with a stainless steel infuser basket. The bottle contains no BPA, making it a reusable alternative to many plastic bottles.
Can I use frozen fruit?
Absolutely! Fresh or frozen fruits both work great for infusing water. Frozen fruit can even help keep your drink colder while slowly releasing flavor as it thaws.
