RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition;
• Be returned in its original packaging;
• Include all original components, accessories, inserts, and materials;
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, misuse, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us at:

• Full name
• Order number
• Item(s) being returned
• Reason for return
• Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Returns must be approved before being shipped back.
If approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item arrived damaged;
• The wrong item was shipped;
• The item contains a verified manufacturing defect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Abundant Life reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs from approved refunds when a prepaid return label is provided.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
• Damaged;
• Defective;
• Missing components; or
• Incorrect,
you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at support@livelifeabundant.com.
Please include photographs of:
• The product;
• The packaging;
• The shipping label; and
• Any visible damage.
Failure to report shipping damage within seven (7) days may result in denial of the claim.
Upon verification, we may:
• Replace the item;
• Issue store credit; or
• Provide a refund at our discretion.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Opened tea products;
• Opened wellness products;
• Opened hydration products;
• Opened consumable products;
• Digital products or downloadable content;
• Gift cards;
• Personalized or custom-made products;
• Clearance items;
• Final sale items;
• Promotional giveaway items;
• Products marked "Non-Returnable" at checkout.
If future subscription boxes, tea kits, wellness kits, or consumable products are introduced, opened products will not qualify for return.
INFUSER BOTTLES AND MEAL PREP CONTAINERS
Infuser bottles, meal prep containers, and other reusable products may be returned only if:
• They have not been used;
• They have not been washed;
• They remain in original packaging; and
• They are returned in resalable condition.
Products returned with signs of use, odors, staining, food residue, scratches, or other wear may be rejected.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, color, or variation, please submit a return request and place a new order once your return has been approved.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary by financial institution.
Most refunds are processed within:
• 5–10 business days after approval.
Abundant Life is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card issuers, or payment processors.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds when:
• Products are returned damaged;
• Packaging is missing;
• Components are missing;
• Products are returned in a condition different from how they were originally shipped.
CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to contact Abundant Life before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
• Order cancellation;
• Account restrictions;
• Collection efforts where permitted by law.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days of delivery for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.
Returned items must be:
• Unused;
• In original condition;
• In original packaging; and
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.
