We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only.
Abundant Life does not guarantee delivery dates.
Once a shipment has been transferred to a shipping carrier:
(a) Risk of loss transfers to the customer;
(b) Delivery delays become the responsibility of the carrier;
(c) We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages caused by third-party carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping fees caused by incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.
SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Abundant Life is under no obligation to compensate users for submitted content.
SECTION 15 – TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS
Customer testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences.
Testimonials do not guarantee future results.
Abundant Life does not verify that all customers will achieve similar outcomes.
Any results described in testimonials are not typical and should not be relied upon as guarantees.
SECTION 16 – PROHIBITED CONDUCT

ABUNDANT LIFE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
(a) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED;
(b) THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
(c) DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
(d) THE WEBSITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS;
(e) PRODUCTS WILL PRODUCE SPECIFIC RESULTS.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
SECTION 21 – NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
ABUNDANT LIFE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME, RESULT, OR BENEFIT FROM THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

• WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
• INCREASED ENERGY
• IMPROVED HYDRATION
• IMPROVED SLEEP
• IMPROVED IMMUNITY
• IMPROVED DIGESTION
• IMPROVED HEALTH
• MEDICAL IMPROVEMENT
• BEAUTY OR SKIN BENEFITS
INDIVIDUAL RESULTS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON NUMEROUS FACTORS INCLUDING PERSONAL HABITS, HEALTH CONDITIONS, CONSISTENCY OF USE, DIET, EXERCISE, LIFESTYLE, AND OTHER FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
SECTION 22 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
• SPECIAL DAMAGES

• PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
• LOST PROFITS
• LOST REVENUE
• LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• LOSS OF DATA
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

IN NO EVENT SHALL ABUNDANT LIFE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS ABUNDANT LIFE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, EXPENSES, OR ATTORNEYS' FEES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
(a) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES;
(b) YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS;
(c) YOUR MISUSE OF PRODUCTS;
(d) YOUR VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAW;
(e) YOUR USER CONTENT;
(f) YOUR NEGLIGENCE OR MISCONDUCT.
SECTION 24 – TERMINATION
ABUNDANT LIFE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE, SUSPEND, RESTRICT, OR DENY ACCESS TO THE SERVICES AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, FOR ANY REASON.
UPON TERMINATION:
(a) ALL RIGHTS GRANTED TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL IMMEDIATELY CEASE;
(b) YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICES;
(c) ANY OUTSTANDING PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT.

SECTION 25 – PRIVACY

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE REVIEWED AND AGREE TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
SECTION 26 – GOVERNING LAW
THESE TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES.
SECTION 27 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY ABUNDANT LIFE SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN FLORIDA.
YOU CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF SUCH COURTS.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST ABUNDANT LIFE.
SECTION 28 – SEVERABILITY
IF ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS IS FOUND TO BE INVALID, ILLEGAL, OR UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINING PROVISIONS SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
SECTION 29 – WAIVER
NO FAILURE OR DELAY BY ABUNDANT LIFE IN EXERCISING ANY RIGHT UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL OPERATE AS A WAIVER OF THAT RIGHT.
SECTION 30 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ABUNDANT LIFE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, UPDATE, OR REPLACE THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME.
UPDATED TERMS WILL BE POSTED ON THIS PAGE WITH A REVISED EFFECTIVE DATE.
YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES AFTER CHANGES ARE POSTED CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE CHANGES.
