CANCELLATION POLICY
At Abundant Life, we are committed to providing a transparent shopping experience. Please review the following policies regarding subscriptions, pre-orders, and cancellations.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain products may be offered as recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Abundant Life to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription frequency you choose at checkout.
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return Policy.
Your payment information is stored securely through our payment processing partners and is never directly stored by Abundant Life.
PRE-ORDERS
Certain products may be offered for purchase as pre-orders. A pre-order reserves inventory from an upcoming production run and allows customers to purchase products before they become available for immediate shipment.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
• The product is not currently in stock and may require additional production and shipping time.
• Estimated shipping dates are provided as estimates only and are subject to change due to manufacturing, customs, shipping carrier delays, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Payment is collected at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request to cancel a pre-order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, pre-order purchases become final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded because inventory and production quantities are ordered based on customer demand.
If Abundant Life is unable to fulfill your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders for in-stock products may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy.
LIMITED RELEASE PRODUCTS
Certain limited-edition, promotional, founder pricing, first-drop, or exclusive launch products may be designated as final sale. Any final sale designation will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
