SHIPPING POLICY

At Abundant Life, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on:
• Saturdays
• Sundays
• Federal Holidays
• Company-observed holidays
During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, holidays, or presale events, processing times may be extended.
Processing time and shipping time are separate timeframes.
PRESALE ORDERS
Products marked as "Presale" are not available for immediate shipment.
By purchasing a presale item, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Production timelines are estimates only;
• Shipment dates are estimates only;
• Manufacturing delays may occur;
• Customs delays may occur;
• Shipping carrier delays may occur;
• Supply chain disruptions may occur.
Abundant Life will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
Presale orders may take several weeks to process and ship depending on production schedules.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated shipping times may vary depending on:
• Carrier availability
• Weather conditions
• Destination
• Seasonal demand
• Carrier delays
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Abundant Life.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may become available in the future.
Customers are responsible for:
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT
• Brokerage fees
• Government fees
Abundant Life is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by local governments.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Abundant Life is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to:
• Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete addresses
• Invalid addresses
• Failure to update shipping information
If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Abundant Life is not responsible for:
• Lost packages marked as delivered;
• Stolen packages;
• Mail theft;
• Delivery errors by the shipping carrier.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation when necessary.
At our sole discretion, we may assist customers in filing carrier claims.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
Please provide:
• Your order number;
• Photographs of the product;
• Photographs of the packaging;
• Photographs of the shipping label.
Failure to report shipping damage within seven (7) days may result in denial of the claim.
Upon verification, Abundant Life may provide:
• A replacement;
• Store credit; or
• A refund at our discretion.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
In certain circumstances, orders containing multiple items may ship separately.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments initiated by Abundant Life.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Abundant Life is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Weather events;
• Natural disasters;
• Labor shortages;
• Carrier disruptions;
• Transportation interruptions;
• Customs delays;
• Government actions;
• Supply chain disruptions.
Shipping dates and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
Packages refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable may be subject to:
• Return shipping fees;
• Restocking fees;
• Additional shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee modifications after an order has been placed.
